RISE!

CHAPTER 3: Gizaad

Master, said Ghadra where are we? Archfiend…Sire! What have you do with us now, said Chief Legionnaire? Let me see, said Archfiend. Yes..that… mountain over there lets get a look for behold the pit we are in is insufficient.

For two days The Legion travels to one of the Highest peaks of the land where they are sentenced to. They realize their supernatural powers are limited to the constraints of the new universe they now inhabit. Master, said Ghadra.. yes, my son. What is this place? We are not of the beings we once knew ourselves to be. Whatever, whatever ..we.. are now, I feel this is what we will remain. The Creator didn’t erase us from history for some reason and I cannot place what His intent is just yet for sparing us. Stay close the Legion is restless and I can count on you for my trust. Yes master, anything you need, I am here, said Ghadra. Once we get to the high peak, I can figure out what universe He has forbid us too.

The ground is soft to the touch and...

Ghadra!……Ghadra.. Yes Sire, said Ghadra. Take the strong ones and find the place we shall call fillemon, it is the hole in which we crawled from, after the fall. See if anyone else may have survived, burry the dead, cover our tracks and collect any provisions you can salvage. The days of new are beginning. Before this is all over I will have my chance to battle the Squadrons again. Ghadra buried no less than 3,000 fine soldiers and collected their arms for stock piling. He placed them into the hole called fillemon for one day they shall come back before the great battle. Engineers from the ranks assisted in the master plan by developing barracks and a garrison in the desolate land called Gizaaad. The mounds where their arms were placed was 280 cubits high at the center point and 440 cubits x 440 cubits x 440 cubits. This place is were the legion will recoup and train for future endeavors lead by the General and Archfiend. The General conversed with the men from a town not to far from Gizaad and bartered for wives and supplies from their stock pile of arms. These had the men of earth fascinated with the splendor of the jewels and iron that was used to forge these great tools of war. The men would safe guard them as fine jewels and something that should be worshiped rather than used. For the time of self love and idols were upon the Earth. They foolishly traded their daughters to the legion and they became wives to the evil ones and their children were called the nephilim. Just as the watchers, sons of God had done, so shall the legions use the same methods to build their ranks. The watchers had also bread with man and their children were known as the giants of old. Regarded as god men to the kings of Earth. They were fierce and trained in the way of the Legion. Armies could not stand against their training as their tactics were superior to that of man. They dominated in formations and worked as a unit. Every tool had a purpose and every weapon strategic to battle. They were dominating on land and sea which gave them the advantage in battle.
